SKEB STYLE LOGO DESIGN

Works the same way as Skeb - no drafts, the finished logo will be given based on the information provided such as colours, elements, theme, and aesthetic

STANDARD LOGO DESIGN

50 USD

A supporting document explaining specific details and selection requirements will be given then your unique elements will be added to the design. Minor revisions are free of charge

COMMERICAL LOGO DESIGN

INQUIRE

Same as the standard logo design but has the permission to use the logo for advertisements, prints, and merchandise. Reselling for the purpose of rebranding or graduating is not allowed

CORPERATE LOGO DESIGN

Same as the standard logo design but is specifically to be used by a corporation for their talent(s). They have permission to use the logo for advertisements, prints, and merchandise. Reselling for the purpose of rebranding or graduating is not allowed

PROFILE HEADSHOT

A rendering of your character's head done with the intent of using it as a character token or as a profile picture for various social media profiles. Reselling for the purpose of making a profit is not allowed.

HALF BODY

A waist-up illustration of your character highlights a particular aspect of their torso and aesthetic. Reselling for the purpose of making a profit is not allowed.

FULL BODY

100 USD

A full body illustration of your character highlights the entirety of your character and the pose that makes them who they are is shown while expressing their entire aesthetic and vibe. Reselling for the purpose of making a profit is not allowed.

I, AS THE ARTIST...

+ I can use my works as part of my portfolio and for advertising my services. If the client prefers not to release it in public for various reasons the client must inform ahead of time+ Maintain the right to turn down any commission without needing to elaborate on the reasons as to why+ Will protect all clients' personal information and will keep it secret. The client shall do the same for me as the artist. Should the client violate the artist's Terms of Service, they reserve the right to warn other artists by posting conversations and specific information in order to protect other artists' regarding future transactions between them and the client

YOU, AS THE CLIENT...

+ May NOT reprint your commission for profit; Commission is for personal use ONLY unless commercial or corporate rights have been discussed and an agreement has been made+ With regards to character illustrations, you can print your commission for personal use+ May post the work to your own website/social media but must credit or link back to me and my body of work such as in your bio, Twitch panels, website credit section, etc.+ May request small edits and corrections prior to the completion of the piece such as colour adjustments and missing information. Any and all edits and or redraws must be compensated for

+ The client is responsible for the font's commercial license if they plan to use the editable font across their social media platforms (panels, banners, etc.) Otherwise, I will provide you with commercial-free use font options in the associated asset+ I as the designer only provides originally designed logos and assets+ Pricing for Commercial and Corporate use. Commercial Use: If you desire to use these assets from the commission or intend to make commercially significant revenue, please contact me through my form or Twitter saying as such. This only applies to VTuber groups and non-Indie VTubers that profit from their merchandise+ The client is responsible for providing me with character reference sheets, character personality and vibe, colours, objects, preferred design, preferred typeface, and more. If you are unsure as to what I mean, I have provided you with a brief document to help you through the process which can be found in the 'Design Guide' tab on the home page+ The client is also responsible for uploading their own references using their own storage cloud, like Google Drive or Dropbox. Please make sure that the file link is public or shared to my email address ensoillustrations@gmail.com

+ The client is limited to one [1] major revision. Please be clear with your instructions and what you actually want. Example: wanting a different design from the presented concept(s), repositioning most of the assets on the logo or graphics asset, changing most or all of the colours. There may be other reasons and it’s the designer’s decision if the client’s request will be considered a major revision+ In situations where the client wants to purchase all the presented concepts, they're required to pay 80% of the current pricing. For example, the client wants to buy the two [2] presented Banner concepts. Instead of paying the full price of the other concept, they're only required to pay 80% of it. Please note that clients are still required to pay extra when requesting PSD files+ The client can use the logo for Twitch, Youtube, Twitter, or any other social media as their "branding". Commercial usage is included, but REDISTRIBUTION IS NOT ALLOWED. That means printing, merchandise, etc. Selling the assets is also NOT ALLOWED. If you are going to sell the assets, the client must pay redistribution rights for their purchased assets. Please get in touch with me if you would like to inquire about redistribution rights

DELIVERY OF ASSETS AND FILES

+ After finalizing all details regarding your commission, you will receive various PNG files (transparent background) with different colour shadows and outlines based on your colour scheme. To avoid quality loss when resizing for other purposes, you will receive a PNG with a quality of 300 dpi. I can provide a PSD file upon request & after the client has paid the fee+ For delivery of the completed assets, I will zip the files and using the email provided to me I will send you the files which you are able to download at anytime+ Please note that this is Skeb-style, which means that there are no drafts. The only finished piece will be delivered to the client. There will be strictly no FREE revisions. Your request may get cancelled & refunded if your request is vague and lack details. I may also cancel & refund your request due to various reasons and you may or may not receive an explanation of my side+ Do not change anything from the design. Removing certain assets is okay [ex. objects, etc.], but any changes in the design or colours will result in a fee and should be directly discussed with me before changing. If you're unsure what changes you can make, feel free to email or send a direct message on Twitter. If the changes have been done without notice, this will break your rights on owning the logo or graphic recieved+ Should you wish to discuss redistribution rights your client can use the commissioned work for redistribution such as merchandise and prints only if it is paid and agreed beforehand. There are limitations to this agreement however:✘ Do not mint/sell my work for NFT. You are not allowed to sell my works for NFT or anything related to cryptocurrency✘ Do not upload my works on AI generating services with or without my permission✘ Do not use my works to spread hate, discrimination, racism, violence or anything that is related to politics or religion

LEAD TIME ON ASSETS AND FILES

+ All graphic design works may take 1-5 weeks depending on various reasons such as the number of requests, details, revisions, and more. Please give me at least a week to give the initial concept(s) for review prior to continuing to complete the requests+ It is the client's responsibility to respond on time. If it takes multiple days for either party to respond, and communication falls through this will affect the lead time for the commissioned work+ In cases where the designer/artist has to extend the deadline due to unforeseen situations such as emergencies, sickness, and other personal reasons, I request complete understanding from the client. I make sure to let clients know and update them every single step. I do not tolerate ghosting or any form of miscommunication

REFUNDS

+ The final refund amount will be calculated based on how much work has been done on the project+ Refunds will be done via PayPal in USD currency+ A refund can be issued when:
✔ The client is highly dissatisfied with the commission.
✔ I can't do justice to the commissioner's requests and demands.
✔ The commission cannot be delivered on the given deadline.+ For Logos and Graphics - No more than 50% of the total commission. No refunds will be given when a concept has been approved for detail work and minor revisions (colour changes, resize, repositioning, etc)+ Should you issue a Chargeback, your rights to any orders I have done for you will be retracted should you file a chargeback against me. As much as we can, let us discuss & resolve issues respectfully AND privately. I cannot stress enough that should you file a chargeback, you will not be allowed to commission me again, and I will publicly note the client's name for other artists
