✖ By purchasing my services (graphics, designs, etc.), you automatically agree to the following conditions.✖ Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.✖ If you are not comfortable with my terms of service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.✖ I do NOT support the use of my work being used for AI prompting, Should you use my work for AI prompting you will be required to transfer any monetary gain made from my work to me, and will immediately be added to my blocked list.✖ If you have any questions not covered in my TOS, please contact me!USER AGREEMENT
✖ By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.✖ You will agree here to the policy of using the commissioned works for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise discussed beforehand, and provide appropriate credits to me.✖ Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

General

I, AS THE DESIGNER
✖ By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as a designer only.✖ Reserve the right to post your finished commission in my gallery for any reason.✖ Maintain the right to turn down any commission without needing to elaborate on the reasons as to why✖ Reserve the right to cancel the commission and provide up to a 50% max refund if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.✖ Reserve the right to cancel the commission and provide up to a 50% refund if there has been no response from the client in over seven days without prior notice.✖ Will protect all clients' personal information and will keep it secret. The client shall do the same for me as the designer. Should the client violate the designers' Terms of Service, I reserve the right to warn other designers by posting conversations and specific information in order to protect other designers regarding future transactions between them and the client.YOU, AS THE CLIENT
✖ Will be expected to first read my terms of service and understand my base commission prices.✖ May NOT reprint your commission for profit; Commission is for personal use ONLY unless commercial merchandise right have been discussed and an agreement has been made.✖ May post the work to your own website/social media but must credit or link back to me and my body of work such as in your bio, Twitch panels, website credit section, etc.✖ May request small edits and corrections prior to the completion of the piece such as colour adjustments and missing information. Any and all edits and or redraws must be compensated for.LOGOS AND ASSETS
✖ The client is responsible for the font's commercial license if they plan to use the editable font across their social media platforms (panels, banners, etc.) Otherwise, I will provide you with commercial-free use font options in the associated asset.✖ I as the designer only provides originally designed logos and assets.✖ The client is responsible for providing me with character reference sheets, character personality and vibe, colours, objects, preferred design, preferred typeface, and more. If you are unsure as to what I mean, I have provided you with a brief document to help you through the process which can be found in the 'Design Guide' tab on the home page.✖ The client is also responsible for uploading their own references using their own storage cloud, like Google Drive or Dropbox. Please make sure that the file link is public or shared to my email address [email protected]✖ The client is limited to one [1] major revision. Please be clear with your instructions and what you actually want. Example: wanting a different design from the presented concept(s), repositioning most of the assets on the logo or graphics asset, changing most or all of the colours. There may be other reasons and it’s the designer’s decision if the client’s request will be considered a major revision.✖ In situations where the client wants to purchase all the presented concepts, they're required to pay 80% of the current pricing. For example, the client wants to buy the two [2] presented Banner concepts. Instead of paying the full price of the other concept, they're only required to pay 80% of it. Please note that clients are still required to pay extra when requesting PSD files.✖ The client can use the logo for Twitch, Youtube, Twitter, or any other social media as their "branding" when purchasing commerical rights. Commercial usage is included after purchase, but REDISTRIBUTION IS NOT ALLOWED. That means printing, merchandise, etc. Selling the assets is also NOT ALLOWED. If you are going to sell the assets, the client must pay redistribution rights for their purchased assets. Please get in touch with me if you would like to inquire about redistribution rights.DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF ASSETS
✖ All graphic design works may take a number of weeks depending on various reasons such as the number of requests, details, revisions, and more. Please give me at least a week to give the initial concept(s) for review prior to continuing to complete the requests.✖ It is the client's responsibility to respond on time. If it takes multiple days for either party to respond, and communication falls through this will affect the lead time for the commissioned work.✖ In cases where the designer/artist has to extend the deadline due to unforeseen situations such as emergencies, sickness, and other personal reasons, I request complete understanding from the client. I make sure to let clients know and update them every single step. I do not tolerate ghosting or any form of miscommunication.✖ After finalizing all details regarding your commission, you will receive various PNG files (transparent background) with different colour shadows and outlines based on your colour scheme. To avoid quality loss when resizing for other purposes, you will receive a PNG with a quality of 300 dpi. I can provide a PSD file upon request & after the client has paid the fee.✖ For delivery of the completed assets, I will compile the files, and using email or whichever form of communication we have established, I will send you a link to a google drive where you can access the files to download at any time.✖ Do not change anything from the design. Removing certain assets is okay [ex. objects, etc.], but any changes in the design or colours will result in a fee and should be directly discussed with me before changing. If you're unsure what changes you can make, feel free to email or send a direct message on Twitter. If the changes have been done without notice, this will break your rights to you owning the logo or graphic received.✖ Should you wish to discuss redistribution rights your client can use the commissioned work for redistribution such as merchandise and prints only if it is paid and agreed upon beforehand. There are limitations to this agreement, however:+ Do not mint/sell my work for NFT. You are not allowed to sell my works for NFT or anything related to cryptocurrency.
+ Do not upload my works on AI-generating services with or without my permission.
+ Do not use my works to spread hate, discrimination, racism, violence, or anything that is related to politics or religion.REFUNDS AND POLICIES
✖ The final refund amount will be calculated based on how much work has been done on the project.✖ Should a refund need to be issued, it will be done via PayPal in USD currency.✖ For Logos and Graphics - No more than 50% of the total commission, if the initial set of concepts has been presented. No refunds will be given when a concept has been approved for detailed work and minor revisions (colour changes, resizing, repositioning, etc).✖ Should you issue a Chargeback, your rights to any orders I have done for you will be retracted should you file a chargeback against me. As much as we can, let us discuss & resolve issues respectfully AND privately. I cannot stress enough that should you file a chargeback, you will not be allowed to commission me again, and I will publicly note the client's name for other artists.
